I'M A SINGLE MOM WITH MY ONE SON AND WE LIVE IN A TWO BEDROOM FOR THE PAST THREE YEARS. I WOULD SAY I AM A GREAT TENANT WHO TRIES TO PAY HER RENT ON TIME (I'VE BEEN LATE ONCE). THE COMPLEX I LIVE IN I THINK IS FAIR. I WISH WE HAD AN OPERATING LAUNDRY ROOM AS WE HAVE NO WASHER & DRYER CONNECTIONS, SO IT CAN BE A HASSEL GOING BACK AND FORTH TO A LAUNDRY MAT AND NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE LAUNDRY MAT IN THE COMPLEX BECAUSE THE MACHINES ALWAYS TAKE YOUR MONEY OR DON'T DRY YOUR CLOTHES RIGHT. ITS A... VERY SMALL COMPLEX, SO THEREFORE THIS MEANS OUR POOL IS SMALL. NO GYM! WELL, ITS NOT LIKE I GO ANYWAY, BUT IF WE HAD ONE, I WOULD. THE MANAGER IS AWESOME! A GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH. VERY COMPASSIONATE. NOW, WHEN I SUMBIT MY WORK ORDERS FOR MAINTENANCE, NOT SO GOOD, BUT EVENTUALLY THE JOB GETS DONE! OVER ALL THE LITTLE THINGS CAN BE LOOKED BECAUSE I FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE A PLACE TO CALL HOME, MY HOME EVEN THOUGH IT IS AN APARTMENT.
