Woodland Park Apt community is walkable to a variety of shopping retailers and restaurants.

Management unprofessional and don't care about the residents. Poor community to live at. Lack of well maintained apartments. Old appliances and old features, old wood on cabinets through these apartments, old fixtures, bad pipes and horrible water issues.

you can do better, and also much worse, no awards here, except for maintenance, they really do a good job

This apartment complex do not offer discounts for third floor residence. Which would be great if the air conditioner units were not as old as they are and struggled every year in the height of summer to work. My air have gone out every year. The leading to astronomical light bills in the tune of $500. I don’t know how this apartment complex can justifiably charge you full price on your rent when you’re on the third floor when the air conditioning units are not up to par. I have mystery stains... on ceiling in my bedroom. They come and paint over them. They reappear the air conditioner breaks again at this point I’m worried about mold, but hey, it’s easy to get lost in the sauce when you’ve gone through at least three different management teams within the last three years. . unfortunate I can’t use pictures on this app. Read More

The place is quiet and peaceful. I'm near the pool and even the people are considerate of noise.

The environment is clean and management takes residents concerns and consideration into matter.
