Been living here for a while now and have to say that Leasing team and property management have been flawless so far. Any issues with apartment or overall property are dealt with very promptly when you file an issue through online portal. In fact they have been amazingly responsive. Also excellent management from the perspective of addressing any non-compliance issues. This is not a good place to live if you plan on breaking all the rules. Love the amenities and maintenance team doing a... fantastic job of keeping things clean. Overall great people in the community and management keeping an eye on things!! Keep up the good work and let’s build a great family community at Eleve.

Upon first glance Eleve appears to provide luxury apartment living. The outside appearance is beautiful and the amenities are nice. There’s a lack of quality in the materials used inside of the home. There are some inconveniences for residents with the security setup for gates and the mailroom amenities.

Would not suggest it. Beautiful place but will be in the bottom in ratings very soon. They haven’t even expanded to the other building. I can’t imagine what it will be like with those residents. If I could do it all over I wouldn’t.
