You normally expect to have issues in a property after some months, well. I'm in my first week and my fear came true, property management have a serious issue of lack of communication or been helpful to fix an issue. They have the Spectrum bulk service (cable and internet charge in your lease) for that your address needs to be added in their contract. I signed my lease on June 12th, getting my keys on September 25th and still on October 4th they haven't put my address in their Spectrum account... and for that reason I don't have still and internet that I'm already paying. Mansions leasing is terrible in answer emails or even call you for an update of status, phone service sucks here, internet is definitely something that you need in this area.
