I've lived here 5 years. The location of this property is perfect. There's usually something going on in the clubhouse for residents to mingle. Nick and Claudia have really went above and beyond for me when it comes to certain issues. Office staff is always welcoming. Maintenance requests are usually fulfilled within a few hours of putting in a request. 95% of the neighbors are friendly. Now that the parking garage issue was fixed I really have no complaints. The only reason I didn't give 5... stars is because there's always room for improvement.

Ive lived here 5 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon.great location,they always have something going on in the club house for residents. Nick, Claudia and the rest of the office staff are wonderful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I think my upstairs neighbor is a river dancer. Other than that I would recommend this property 100 times

Avoid this place at all costs
Avoid this place at all costs. Management is terrible don’t care about the people actually living here just care about raising your rent and hitting you for any fee they possibly can shell out on you month over month and year over year. Yes you are providing a service and I understand rates go up but have actual claims that equate to you raising them instead of just doing it to make more money when you can’t even provide the basic living conditions of any normal apartment complex yet you claim... to be a “luxury rental complex”. They sell out the parking garage to a third party towing service so I hope you remember to register anyone that comes to visit (of yeah there is no service in the parking garage either so better do it before they get here and remember to do it every 24 hours following!) because they’ll be towed if not! Elevators this past year were broken for over 2 months (management claims they have been working 99% of the time ?? [the elevator was down within the last week for a day so] ) hopefully you live on the first floor or the way the building is laid out it’s going to take 15 mins to walk to your apartment from the garage depending what floor you are on. During the ice storm this past year the complex was without water as well as electric for roughly 5-6 days each. They didn’t refund any rent even though the apartment was technically unlivable for those 5 days. Their reasoning behind raising rent is that they did “major upgrades” to the complex when I’m pretty sure most of them were due to the complex not being able to survive the winter storm. On top of this point I hope you love constant construction and noise when you’re trying to work from home! Maybe it was their “brand new garage door” they put in (I’ve had my car broken into while living here as well) (looks like the type of enclosure you put on a house being fumigated) (the garage door was wide open for 2-4 weeks while replacing the old door, just let the guys come in and break into more cars!) or their fancy new gate (what a joke) that does nothing to stop the previous car from pulling in behind someone who’s already opened the gate. To show you how much they like to charge fees my lease was just renewed last night at 11:20PM and was followed up by a late fee notice as well (please see photos below). Hope you like constant fire alarms going off as well! The only nice thing about living here is living on the lake and most of the residents are nice.

Couldn’t be more excited to move out
I would strongly suggest looking for living elsewhere. This was my fifth apartment to live in and by far the worst experience I have had, and that includes my college apartments. If you accidentally back your chair into the wall, massive hole. My wife and I have had BOTH of our cars broken into in the parking garage. The staff is uncooperative and unhelpful. You couldn’t pay me a million dollars to live here again. Anything that could go wrong did go wrong. The location is the only thing this... place has going for it, and there’s 10 better options to choose from with the same location. Counting the days until I am out of here right down the street.

Amazing place to live
This place is quiet, beautifully maintained, and worth every penny. As a single female living alone I feel safe with the covered parking and regularly rotating security guards. The pools are beautiful. Sometimes they get too crowded over the summer, but oh well. Everyone who lives near me is quiet and respectful.
