Cortland is a very nice place to live, I really like that you can go out for a walk and it feels very safe. There is a good family atmosphere and the neighbors are very respectful

"I absolutely love living in this apartment community! The amenities are fantastic, from the well-maintained swimming pool to the modern fitness center. The management team is top-notch, always responsive and accommodating to any concerns or maintenance requests. The location is convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. However I feel we are lacking security measures in place, such as gates... and patrols, I've noticed a few instances of unauthorized individuals gaining access to the premises. It would be reassuring to see additional security enhancements like upgraded surveillance systems or more frequent patrols to address these concerns. Despite this, I still find it to be a pleasant place to live."
