Very good on communication and events and future planning I love platform .The office reaches out through email or text to inform residents on upcoming things.Makes it very easy to live here.I like the view and the neighbors are cool.

Since my last review the property has been ok. Don’t like that the water is always off and maintenance hasn’t fixed not one thing I’ve put a request in for, including my messed up roof from a leak (and I’m on the first floor) nor my window that leaks when it rains. At this point I’m just waiting on my lease to be up so I can leave.

Great leading team, very responsive and respectful. Amenities are good, could improve but good. Would recommend at least the opportunity to see what they can offer you.

living here has been great except for the fact that we started getting roaches the second year living here and it’s so hard to get rid of them.
