When I moved into my new apartment, I had to wait for the keys to be made and Kenwood hired cleaning people to clean the apartment the day I moved into it. I wasted a half day waiting until 3:00 p.m. to move all of my furniture. If I move into a new place then the morning the apartment opens is when i should receive my keys and the apartment already cleaned prior to move in date. Also, the first day I moved in I got my package stolen. This apartment tenant device is extremely bad. A lot of hidden fee is added with the shown rent including pest control, package delivery and so on but any service is hardly provided. My package from Amazon get lost after it said it was delivered. I have made a request for pest control at May 3. A guy came in May 9 and said pest controller will come in May 16 and I need to pack all my kitchen stuffs and leave apartment for 4 hours I did as per they said and when I called next day for asking why... they didn’t put any chemicals they didn’t have any solid reason. They just made excused saying we will do next Tuesday. That is so unprofessional. And the security here is rarely weak as any person can enter as the front gate is always open. Read More
