Horrible experience living here.

Got towed WITH a parking tag....They did release the truck with no charge but it was my responsibility to go and pick it up and go back and forth between the tow service and complex over why they can't bring it back where they towed it from. This complex is more focused on making money on covered parking than providing parking for the tenants that don't care for it. It's been a week now and not even a response from the management team regarding this incident (after emailing and asking for a... call). If you have guests they have a section for visitors and good luck finding an open one. I've been in customer service for years and this is not the way to do business. I don't even feel safe sleeping here anymore knowing I may wake up with my truck missing again. Very Disappointing.

Great management team??

I have lived here three years and management never stops impressing me. I recently had a problem that worried me. After speaking with the manager she was genuinely concerned and immediately took action. The problem is fixed and I feel blessed to live in an apartment where the tennats are top priority! I see many more years here.

Very Happy! Nice family community.

I have lived here for about 5 years. The ladies in the office are always nice, friendly and helpful. They treat everyone fairly. If I contact the office for maintenance, they are there that day or the next day at the latest. They always fix things as quickly as possible. They just painted the outside and they do that every 3 years or so when it starts looking like it needs it. The grounds are kept nice. There is a police sub-station right behind the complex and I feel like that adds to the... safety of this location. We don't usually have safety issues here. I think the complex is reasonably priced. I have honestly been very happy here and I have really nice neighbors!

Very peaceful community

As a resident for over two years, I would like to give a lot of thanks to the great ladies that work the office and the awesome maintenance crew that put a lot of hard work into keeping our complex beautiful and always being prompt when I put a work order in. We are a close community and I would recommend this complex to anyone.

Worst apartments ever

Not only is parking a nightmare, they charge for covered parking, that could be several units away from your apartment; if you actually want to park legally. I've got to use loading spaces and handicapped parking a lot of the time, because there is no where to park. Getting rid of the covered parking in general would solve the parking mess. Maintenance here is just bad, garbage disposal goes out every other day, half of the outlets in the kitchen don't work, fans go out more often than not. Here... is the cherry on top, they have annual inspections where they come ransack your apartment looking to "make sure everything works". It is super invading. Especially if you work nights and have to sleep during the day. The front gate is a joke, what's the point of having a front gate if anyone can get into the complex? People just sit at the gate and basically force you to let them in or you can't get in yourself, without getting out of your car to let them in. This place is just trash. Poorly ran, but make no mistake 7am every Monday the grounds crew will be sure to be there to upkeep the lawn of all things.
