Quiet and peaceful living so far! I enjoy it here. The location is great, very close to everything you’ll need plus entertainment. No issues with the community or neighbors. The people are friendly.
The only thing I dislike are people not having their dogs on leashes. But other than that it’s been a great stay.

I moved in just about one month ago and I love my new home. The apartment layout is beautiful with fresh and modern finishes and new appliances. The complex is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are clean and so inviting. The valet trash service is great and dependable. The leasing office staff…so amazing and helpful. They take the time to listen and address all your questions, needs and concerns. I’m so happy to call the Maddox home.

It is a very nice place to live. Quiet, everyone is friendly, could do better parking wise and methods to open gate and doors. Could be a little cleaner but good all together

Overall everything is very good, the complex is clean and well maintained, All staff are very friendly, any problems are solved quickly. the only downside is that the gates are constantly breaking
