Move-in
Moving into the apartment was smooth and simple. Unpacking and getting settled was effortless. Any issues I noticed the managers immediately resolved. The apartment complex feels safe and welcoming. I’m excited to be living here and can’t wait to build memories here!

A comfortable and safe place to live.
I was searching for a place to live since I was notified by my employer that I had to relocate to Laredo with very short notice. After viewing several places I was recommended to La Joya Apartments. I called the office and Jessica was extremely helpful. She made it possible with the help of maintenance for me to move in by the time I needed to. Jessica with the help of Michell made the contract process very easy. Since I’ve lived here the little requests I’ve made for small maintenance issues... are taken care off immediately. I feel safe and comfortable. It’s quiet place with great atmosphere. As a tenant, we are notified of any issues or precautions they might arise. Highly recommended La Joya apartments.
