Overall my experience compared to other communities around was phenomenal

This property is so beautiful! Lots of land and all schools within walking distance.

Bad management/ customer service

Worse experience ever, management is really bad, horrible customer service, phone will rarely get answer. I walked into they’re office on 3/19/21 looking for a place to move in no later then April 1,2021 when Denisse showed us a unit she even offered us to move in the following week 3/25 or 3/26 but we explained to her we really wanted to move in on April 1st. We when back with our deposit $400 to hold unit and apparently everything was going to be ready. On... April 1st when I was supposed to pick up unit key, I find out that apparently they no record of my move in date and management was under impression I was supposedly moving June 1st. Try calling office literally about 30 times and was not unable to speak with anyone, no one return my phone call to let me know what was going on. Decided to go back to the office, all management can say to me was that they had bad contractors that apparently quit without any notice. Was once again I promised by Amanda and Denise unit was going to be ready the following week April 5th and that by 9am on this date for sure we were able to move in, turns out that I had my daughter call them to let them know we were going to be late but she left VM because they never pick up
they’re phone & they call my daughter to let her know unit was not ready again supposedly another contractor just threw the keys at they’re office and didn’t let them know unit was not ready.... anyway after the 3rd time of false promises unit was not ready and management didn’t even bother call to lest us know the situation I decided to go by they’re office to get my deposit back and turns out that now I need to wait to 30 days before I can get my money back.. very disappointed they even had my connect and start my electricity with Pedernales and add renters insurance before move in date. I was very blessed that both companies Pedernales and renters insurance company understood my situation and reimbursed money back to my account within two business days.. didn’t read the bad reviews till after this happen to me & my daughter.
