Do not let yourself be fooled by their welcoming act when you tour. Once you sign your lease, the staff here doesn’t exist. They are purely sales people.
If you rent here, make sure to never have anything delivered to your home or it will likely be lost/stolen since the leasing office allows Fed Ex and UPS to leave packages on the floor of the mail room. They run out of room in the secure lockers that are provided so they just throw the rest on the ground. Only 50% of the units are occupied,... so this will get MUCH worse.
There is nothing about quiet hours in the lease so if your neighbor wants to blast music at 2 am on a weeknight, they can.
The speed limit in the neighborhood is 10 but the maintenance truck plummets down the road at 40 mph when there are children playing. We nearly got T-boned by them once but they slammed on their brakes.
I have tried to reach the leasing office via phone, resident portal, and in person and they have ignored all contact.
Do NOT rent here. They will ignore your basic requests and they violate their end of the lease agreement. The leasing office is entitled and lazy. They see any request as an inconvenience.
The free pizza and breakfast they offer sometimes is nice, but I’d rather have the packages I ordered, not a $5 pizza.
