Do not move here

My husband and I were supposed to move here but chose not to last minute. We were promised a newly upgraded apartment. There were dead bugs everywhere, mold and rust in the sinks and shower head. When turning the keys back in we were told it was supposed to be a 2 bed 2 bath but we were given a 2 bed 1 bath. We were very disappointed! There was no lights and were never told we had to purchase lights, nor was it in the contract.

Do not move here

First of all my apartment was damaged in May. They never fixed the damage. There were rates in the apartment. They would climb up in the stove. There were roaches and they never sprayed the apartment. They charge for it and never do it. You can try to get things fixed but they won't. The maintenance there is a joke. They are lazy and rude. Someone tried to break into our apartment multiple times. The night we moved in someone died in the apartment across from us. They kept that quite. There was... a drive by shooting. Again they kept that quiet. They never cleaned the outside of the apartments. There was always beer cans and trash everywhere. This is just some of what happened. Just don't waste your time moving here. I want everyone to avoid what we went through.

For pest control, we do have a monthly service in place, and we're sorry to hear that you've been facing ongoing issues. Please submit a service request for additional treatment, and we'll ensure that the necessary steps are taken to address the problem promptly.

We understand your frustration with the maintenance team, and we want to assure you that we are actively working to hire a skilled and reliable maintenance technician to improve our service.

Regarding the unfortunate incidents in the community, we take the safety of our residents seriously. While we cannot disclose specific details about incidents, we encourage residents to report any criminal activities to local authorities promptly.

Our property management team conducts daily walks to ensure the upkeep of the property, and we apologize if there have been oversights.

Poor management

The management team and the maintenance team do not communicate with each other, the laundry facilities on site 99.9% of the time the washers and dryers do not work, the parking lot has so many pot holes in it, it's not funny. You can't get ahold of the company who owns the complex either. This place really has gone down the drain.

Most Definitely The Best Apartments In Longview Tx

the staff is so sweet and nice and will work with you , the apartments are good and clean no problems or nothing building looks good on the outside and inside
