Be prepared to get screwed

Don’t live here. They will screw you over every which way they can. From day one things were bad. They charge you fees up with wazoo $200 admin fee, $200 contract fee, $500 pet fee. Then on top of that charge you for damages that don’t exist or are exaggerated. You ask for getting repairs done and they ignore them until you start calling them constantly to try to get it done. The pool is always closed so don’t even count in that being an amenity. Everything is like pulling teeth with them. Worst... management ever and a bunch of cons.

Maintenance is a joke

If your heater goes out I hope you enjoy freezing for a couple weeks. AC goes out I hope you enjoy sweating for a month. Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth from this crummy, worthless company.

We have enjoyed it here

We have lived here for almost 8 months and we really enjoy it. The community is decent, the duplex is wonderful, and the office staff is usually helpful. We had some issues with the office staff when we first moved in but it has gotten much better. The yard is taken care of for us and they do cute things semi regularly for the kids like when Santa was up at the office.
The negatives are that the pool is almost always closed due to vandalism, not all of the homes over here are owned by Grassano...
so not everyone's yard is kept up which impacts the way the neighborhoods looks, and our car gor broken into once (we keep nothing in there so nothing was missing).

Bad management

I loved having a garage, dyer & washer hook ups plus my own bathroom. But every time I had an interaction with the management it was just awful. I had too many problems to count.
