None Stop Nagging from the Apartment Office

My rating could have been five star for Madison apartment, if I had not encountered persistent nagging from the apartment office. There are two ladies who have sharp tongues in Madison apartment, who don't know how to communicate with customers. There is a third one who is the boss in the office that acts good in spite of the fact that she is adversely affected by the two ladies who usually twist her. Every time they see a little defect from the apartment they just call you and tell you that you... have violated this and that. They don't care whether you are taking exam at school or dealing a business with great people. They just call and tell you or text you horrible messages. Imagine when an apartment renter call you while you are preparing to take a grad school exam and tell you that you have a violation of the lease agreement! Then, when you finally discover that what they meant was your kid had pulled out some parts of the mini-blind, it really pissed you off. Sometimes they tell you something today and they deny you tomorrow. For example I ones informed by one of the ladies that the payment is okay until the fourth day of the month. With these information I paid my rent on the fourth day, but she denied what she said and penalized me $50 dollars claiming that the lease agreement is until the third day. In my experience, unless a major problem happens a renter doesn't nagging you every week or month because you have another life to lead and you need to have peace and with a respected privacy. It is by the end of the year that a renter checks the apartment and asks you to pay for anything that you messed up; or they can take the deposit. But these guys ask you to change the mini blind by yourself and even the alarm battery at your own expense. You may be okay with the expense; but you gonna waste your time. Changing these kind of stuff is not a one time task. They will ask you arbitrary either every three months or anytime when they feel that there is some problem with the apartment. On the other hand, when you ask them to fix some issues like infestation or heater and air condition, they respond you after a week. I think these people are there just make people angered.

Under normal conditions, the apartment is nice. It has a lot of space with a nice view. It suitable to live. Especially if you have children, your children can run and enjoy with no problem at all. I recommend that a radical change should come from the apartment office.

paradise behind panes

My apartment complex is exactly as my title says, "paradise behind panes". The scenery is phenomenal; multi color trees and holly bushes align the sidewalks, just the same as the people. Everyone knows the history of my apartments so no one is ever caught off guard. And if you do find yourself unaware; then back up is always at your driveway waiting to protect and serve you. Children use the equipment offered to them as though its a necessary part of their young minds to play amongst the other... children, as well as the neighbors newest puppy. That's right paradise behind panes is exactly what my apartment complex is.

Madison Park

These apartments are nice. They are roomy and have washer dyer hookup plus a storage area outside to store extra stuff. The management team is very friendly and helpful. They are quick to fix items that need it. They also have a park for the kids and a nice size pool for the residents to enjoy. I have lived here for 3 years and enjoy it very much.
