Wonderful Complex
Peppertree inn is a wonderful place to live the office and maintenance are always quick to respond to any issues or requests. The property is well kept and pretty. I have no complaints the neighborhood is nice being near a school and a neighborhood as well as a few other apartment complexes. There's a grocery store within half a mile and several restaurant options as well as being a short drive from the Texas Tech campus.

Best apartment to live.
I was looking for an apartment past 1 month.Luckily we found Peppertree in.Its a very nice apartment.I got one with a balcony, Spacious and good for living.The Management is also good and also whenever we call for any maintenance they arrived quickly and fixed it
I recommend it to everyone.
