I’ve lived here for 5 years to try and save money, but with increases in rent and water, it’s impossible to save! I have had an AC problem the whole time I’ve lived here. I was belittled by staff and ignored for several weeks on the issue. It was finally fixed right before I moved. I also have 3 GIANT holes in my ceiling and walls that have never been fixed. To top it off, they are never in the office to help. I have to pay a relenters fee because I gave a 58 day notice instead of 60. All... because when I went in the office, no one was there. I do not recommend, even to an enemy. They are slow on maintenance and do not care about upkeep. The pool is never open the full time and there’s trash everywhere. Literally rent from anyone else. Not worth the money and definitely doesn’t live up to the Lakeridge name.

No deposit IS too good to be true …0/5
They have plenty of vacancies for a reason . If I could give 0 stars I would. EVERYTHING is outdated except 1 row of apartments. My lease is coming to an end I’m so thankful . My kitchen has an electrical box that they replaced but cut the hole too big so they just stuffed it with cardboard . My air works in 1 bedroom not in the living room or other bedroom . Unexplained fees on rent so add 50-100 extra on top of about 50 for water that’s always off when you need it . They just paint over the... last persons filth before I move in so you’ll need to hire a cleaner, my apartment was FILTHY when I moved in I haven’t left my room and it’s still like this I don’t leave my room, my room is the only clean area . It was literally 10 used q tips under my 2nd bathroom sink that’ll still be there when I leave bcus I’m not touching that . Oh! And no hot water except the tub and kitchen and it’s hot for about 4 minutes at a time so hurry up . You wanna do that anyway with the foggy water that comes out here . Dirty carpets they say is new but it’s from another apartment I saw them bringin it over lol. just don’t do it .

Wouldn’t recommend
Had trouble for months just to get a working ac unit and my stove wasn’t even usable when moving in, overspray from painting all over bathroom. Will do random add on charges so add $50-$150 on top of the rent they tell you. Always shutting water off to do maintenance.

Safety Concerns
They cut corners on maintance to the point that it is a safety concern. They will leave apartments flooded with inches of water for days then just try to dry the carpets with fans when there is already mold issues. The way they handle plumbing issues and neglect tenants needs for a minimum standard of living conditions has made the local news. They never actually fix AC and you can be without it for extended periods of time. One of the building caught on fire due to improperly maintained... electrical systems and burned up quite a few units. They don't care about their tenants and the neglect these apartments see is a safety hazard. Just stay away.

Maintenance is terrible
A month ago I put in a request in their app about my A/C not working you're supposed to get updated on progress, I didn't get anything all day. The next day my oven and waterheater goes out so I put in another request for that plus to please check the A/C. Didn't hear anything back and it was end of day Friday and of course they don't have anyone here on weekends to help. So I go the weekend without my A/C, oven, and water heater.
The following week I call the office. I tell the gentleman what... is going on and if I could please get help. He says he'll send someone immediately. I continue not to get updated. When I get home nothing. I call again the next day and I talk to the same gentleman about what happened. He tells me maintenance went into my apartment he said it was warm in my apartment so it seemed fine. I'm pretty mad about this but I don't let it show I just asked to have someone sent out again also to check the oven and water heater. This of course was on Thursday so on Friday I'm told they have to order a part for the waterheater and a third-party for the A/C.
I go another weekend without anything. The next week is more of the same back and forth with the office and no help with maintenance that Friday I call the office with no updates no call nothing. The office says everything is done and should be good. Just drop by the office to get a new key we had to change the locks because we lost the master. I run to the office get the key to go check and of course they give me the wrong key so when I finally get the right key I check the apartment and nothing works.
One more weekend later with nothing working I tell them I'm not paying rent till everything is working. That night when I get home everything works. I don't get any apologies nothing at all just late fees added to rent. Please don't think about moving here if you have a choice.
