I've lived here for six months so far, having leased my unit for 15 months, which turned out to be a terrible mistake. I have seen six mice in my apartment since moving in, two of which are currently in my unit at the same time. I have called three times and put in three more work orders for pest control, yet they refuse to do more than lay a couple sticky traps and patch one hole beneath my sink (despite me saying the mice are mostly found on the stove). I have been told by members of... management that this is a normal problem that has no permanent fix, yet I refuse to believe it is normal for so many mice to infest a unit that they are leaving droppings on my countertops. Oh, and you're also expected to pay a $5/month pest control fee that presumably does nothing. Move in at your own risk.

Poor Management
The apartment complex itself is fine but a little bit pricey for the location. However, the management is absolutely atrocious. As my partner and I were in the process of moving out they removed all of our stuff from the apartment without first confirming with us if we had actually moved out first (even though we still had a week before our move-out date). There was no communication whatsoever. Well fast forward to 4 months later, we found out that we had been paying the utility bill for the... current tenants that are living in the unit that we lived in. When we first moved in we had to have proof that we signed up for the utilities in order for us to sign the lease, so how did they not catch that the current tenants did not sign up for the utilities? Again a lack of communication and poor management which cost us hundreds of dollars.

Beautiful Community!
We love living here! It's quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is spacious and high quality. The amenities are always clean and they have a lot of fun community events; neighbors are friendly and like having extra family. The management is very helpful and maintenance is quick to address anything that needs to be. Location is convenient and easy to commute where we need to go.

Love living here!
My family has been living here for 2 months so far, not only is it gorgeous and filled with lots of amenities; the staff are great about taking care of our complex and keeping it looking amazing!
