I was here for 4 years going on 5, faced a $112 late fee for lack of notification on a bill being due on my 3 year olds birthday month. Normally you get a text but I guess the less they can notify you the better.. Sadly they called more after they charged a late fee and requested a call from the owner. Get a call back for the manager the next day saying the manager didn't really want to talk and that if she did, she would also say she couldn't waive the fee. Dont move here unless you want to get... the cold shoulder

Rent is always due on... the 1st and late fees do apply if not paid by the 4th. We do not reach out until rent is late. I love this property and the staff!
We just renewed our lease again. I'm very happy here. We move a lot for work and when we were moving to McKinney I checked out sooo many places, but this felt like home. The staff go above and beyond I think they are very friendly. The pool and gym are always clean and the grounds are well taken care of. I hope to stay here for a long time. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us!!!

Nice and safe place to live!
We enjoy living at 1701 Eldorado, nice and safe place to live. Allisson the Manager and Jennifer always very friendly. We love the pool and the gym. The location is perfect!!
