RUN!! Worse decision I have ever made! The apartments are built cheap! The walls are thin! The flooring is stick-on-vinyl to the concrete floor and is already coming up. If the person in the apartment above poops, you can smell it! There have been several maintenance issues. After being in these "brand new construction" apartments for not even a month, my apartment flooded from the apartment above. BUT mine has not been the only one, several have been flooded. A family a few apartments over had... their AC go out in the mid-July heat! I have to dust, sweep and mop daily from the excessive dirt that comes inside-from where-I do not know. People do not pick up their dog poop. This is supposed to be NON-smoking community BUT people smoke (e-cigs, cigarettes, cigars, DOPE, etc) in their apartments and balcony. The office staff does NOTHING! They are rude and have no time for the residences. BUT they have all the time for new people they are attempting to rent the apartments to. And, they lie!

It’s a very nice and quiet location. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and helped us with all the questions we had. Everything was in great condition when moving in and we are very happy with the complex.

I love the complex. It is quiet, neighbors are friendly and courteous. The staff are great. When a minor adjustment to my door was needed, maintenance responded and was repaired within a couple of days.
I think it is a wonderful place to live and call home.
