Overall, being a resident at Aspire McKinney Ranch has been decent. Javier in maintenance is amazing - he listens to our concerns and really takes the time to understand our maintenance needs.
My biggest complaint is the noise level - we’re able to hear every single step our upstairs neighbor makes at all times of the day/night. Also, the smell of weed comes through our vents and it’s so pungent that we had to buy air purifiers to help combat the smell.
Is this the best place ever to live? No.... But is this the worst? Also no. It’s typical apartment living.
