I love it here but I do not like the parking. There’s not enough visitor parking. Also resident parking is terrible if you do not have a carport or garage.

Everything is going well and perfectly.
There are a few minor issues with our apartment that they promised to fix this week.
The apartment is clean and everything is done in an orderly manner. The officials are patient and give good guidance. This is our first experience and we are satisfied with everything.

Greenhaven is a nice place to live except for the parking. There have been numerous of times where I have to park at other buildings. Especially on weekends. It's bad when a resident has to park in the visitors spot, and the majority of times those are also taken up. I don't feel comfortable walking to my building at night from two buildings. over.

Great up-kept neighborhood. Neighbors are always friendly. Maintenance guys are the best. Never any issues with parking. I had to downsize my apartment and everything went smoothly, no issues with office. They are always friend too.
