I recently moved in and have loved it so far. The staff is great, the amenities are great, and the housing is great. I’m looking forward to warmer weather so I can enjoy the pool and outdoor areas. The only thing I wish was different, was that there would be at least ONE assigned parking spot for each house. The free for all parking is great for guests… however, after a long day of work, it would be nice to come back home and not worry about where I’ll be able to find a good parking spot. This... is a very minor inconvenience for me. I would recommend this complex to all my friends/family because of how much I love everything else about it!

I was looking for a place to live as a single person with a dog, and when I found The Collection during my search I knew I had found my next home. My neighbors are primarily young professionals and small families with 1-2 kids. Most residents including myself have dogs, and we love the dog park which has 2 separate enclosed areas for large and small dogs. Everyone is extremely respectful, and it’s the kind of neighborhood where a neighbor will hide your package from the rain or lend you a hand... stringing up Christmas lights on your porch. I love feeling like I’m part of a neighborhood vs an apartment complex. Bonus is the office and maintenance staff are all so sweet!
