The facility is in top shape and staff is very kind and helpful!! My favorite is the Gym, it is always so clean and the machines are very nice, great place to workout. Maintenance comes and fixes issues very promptly.

I just moved into Collection at Gruene and it is so wonderful. From the first time I toured with Karlee, throughout the application process with Karlee and Klia, to move-in day it has been an amazing experience. I was tired of living the apartment life and wanted something bigger, with a home vibe, quiet, but still near some life. I get all of that with Collection at Gruene. I am a 5 min bike ride and quick walk to Gruene. The community is so quiet and the neighborhoods are very friendly. I had... several things that needed to get fixed when I moved in. It was too late on the Friday I moved in but Monday morning Mike was in my townhome getting every work order completed. He was so friendly and took his time to make sure everything was completed properly. The gym is stunning and has some amazing equipment in it. You can get a great workout. I had prayed a lot to make sure this was the right move for me and God definitely delivered when He guided me to Collection at Gruene. I am thankful.

Beautiful complex of townhomes, amazing amenities. Good location, close to Gruene and Creekside and not far from Downtown either. Newly built so you will be the first one to live in the unit, a big plus!
