The remodeled units are very nice. Kalisha was extremely helpful when we applied. She did a great job explaining and assisting. Maintenance is very swift unlike my last complex. I recommend them to all of my friends and co-workers.

My family and I have lived here for four years and this has been a great apartment to live in. It’s quiet and any issues we have ever had get addressed almost immediately. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to live.

We love it here!
We moved to Oak Run Manor in 2002 or 2003 (I am not going to find our original lease, but it was one of those two years) when our 3 kids lived with us. After all 3 moved out, we moved to a 2 bedroom. Last year, we moved to a downstairs 2 bedroom. Clearly, we love living here or we would have moved somewhere else years ago. We think the complex and apartments are very well maintained. The landscaping is well maintained. The management is very professional and really cares about the residents.... Maintenance always performed in a timely manner. And, no, I do not work in the office and I am not related to anyone in the office.

This is by far one of the worst living conditions I have experienced. I have to deal with Flees, Spiders, centapede's & a very bad sewage odor coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately I am stuck with a 1 year lease.
