Office Staff is always nice and professional. Maintenance is courteous and does a good job.
Complex always looks clean. If there's any issues, they're right on top of it.

Everything is going well, my apartment is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and it is quite at night. The office staff has been very helpful and love my move to this complex.

Great place to live. The Gio office helped me out greatly when they changed payment methods and I could not get my card to work right. At the last minute after they saw how much I had been working on it - they accepted a cashier's check. Before the next rent was due, I was able to get a new card and have it work.
