The Ludlow is overall clean and a safe environment. The staff are very friendly and professional and want to get to know you through efforts. They aim for a highly interactive community however it is very quiet which is a good and bad thing. All of the buildings technology and features are up to date which makes it pretty easy to navigate.

Maintaince issues entry door doesn't work by stairs near my appartment, had washer and dryer issues, fire alarm went off thrice during initial construction at night, high rents not up to date with market, stop selling parking spots

I recently moved into The Ludlow and couldn't be more satisfied with my decision. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always responsive to the needs and concerns of residents. The apartments are fantastic, the amenities are awesome, and the community is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend living here!
