The management is outstanding as is the maintenance crew. The apartment areas are very clean and well kept. Landscaping was recently replaced and the gates are now controlled through resident’s phones (which is awesome).

This is a well kept community. It's quiet. The neighborhood is convenient. Most essentials are within walking distance. All staff members have been professional and personable. I feel at home here. I'm happy I chose Towns of Chapel Hill.
