I absolutely LOVE My Happy place… I’ve NEVER felt safer… I can walk my Richey all hours of night with no fear or worries. Property is clean and pool is amazing feels like I’m at a resort.. When my lease was up they went OVER and BEYOND to make sure I wasn’t going anywhere.. The maintenance guys are AWESOME..!! Matter of fact just this morning I saw 2 of them just waving at me at Home Depot.. I didn’t have my readers so they helped me to get the right light bulbs!! That’s just heart warming to... me.. Office crew is amazing and warming.. Shiann is just the sweetest and cute as a button, she has ALWAYS been helpful.. Thanks The Villas of Valley Ranch for making my home life peaceful and surreal .. I love you guys

New management is terrible and their property manager is even worse!
Dana the property manager is rude and disrespectful.
They added a bunch of new fees without letting current and new residence know about them.

Tried to lease, too bad they were too busy
Wanted to lease for the perfect location. Appt for 1:00. Waited till 1:45. Leasing Agent 1st day on the job. Didn’t know much. (Not his fault) nobody would call him back. I was told to fill out the application online. Webpage down. Called and was told no it isn’t. Yes it is. If I want to live here why discourage me? Rude & uncaring.
