Avoid at all costs

The “luxury” label at this complex is false advertising. I would give this complex and RPM Management 0 stars if it was possible. The company let me move in with a broken AC in the middle of summer. They knew it was broken at least one month prior, as well. They refuse to give me more than $200 in credit while I had to live and sleep in my unit at 86 F with a window unit in place. I’ve had multiple water leaks through the walls and floors, to which the regional manager responded “Plumbing issues... will always happen no matter where you lease from”. Once one leak is “fixed”, it finds a new wall to leak through so it is a never ending issue. You can place a maintenance request online, but nothing happens until you visit the office daily to ask for updates or to remind them something is broken. I even confirmed this with multiple residents and they know to go in person rather than make a request. The office phone is rarely answered as well. The positive reviews have to be paid and/or fake because it is terrible here. The dog park is a tiny fenced off area covered in only dirt. There is dog poop all over the complex. They claimed that they would fine residents for not cleaning up after their pets, but that is obviously not the case. The company claims that my maintenance requests have been fixed but there is still water seeping through my floorboards in the restroom, as well as water leaking into my closet. You would be better off living at a shelter or in a cardboard box than anything managed by RPM.

Not a good place!

Although its cute and convent the Community director changes frequently. This means rules change and often they are not for the better. Mandatory trash valet and yet dumpsters still all over the property, and each location looks like a dump. you could see drug deals going down and neighbors change ALL the time no one stays. If AC breaks they don't care could take months to fix.

Beware

They tell you what you want to here, but rarely do the right thing. Chris puts on a nice face, but doesn’t handle the roots of any issues.

stay far away.

Honestly, they should not getting any stars.

Between the foundation issues causing floods and water in your apartment everytime it rains, to the rats, to the mold in the apartments-- they charge way to much for what they provide. Chris has failed to handle these issues and yet continues saying what will get him by. They spend thousands of dollars redoing the outsides of the building and creating an atmosphere that looks much better than it actually is. They tell you what you want to hear but...
never follow through. I could go on and on for days. Like why do I pay $16 a month for TRASH ALONE when i have to walk to the dumpsters to take my trash out (my water/trash bill is almost 90 dollars a month now when last summer it never got above 55 dollars!!). They're ripping me off because they can. When I first moved in, trash was $3. They are clearly desperate. We can't stay in our room most the time, because the carpet is wet more often than not and then we have to pay the extra electricity to have the fans and dehumidifier working in our apartment. Today, my husband asked for someone to come look at the air ducts because hes been having trouble breathing and they are black-- no one would even come look at them! Not the maintenance staff, not the property manager... no one. He claims the soonest anyone can come look at them is in FIVE DAYS. Ridiculous if you ask me. My best advise, STAY FAR AWAY.
