Roach problems

Roaches infested, I would not recommend it management is lacking

New Management

**New Management** October 2022. If you need a printed lease, according to the front office “we don’t do that here”, needed one for my child’s school and they wouldn’t print one. If you get fleas in your apartment, expect to pay OUT OF POCKET FOR TREATMENT even if you don’t have pets. Fleas have now appeared in my unit and I don’t have pets and according to the front office “neither do we so why should we pay”. When I pointed out that the previous management did not allow pets the new... management team stated “Neither do we” yet it is advertised as pet friendly. This is the 1st time I’ve run into a community that will sacrifice customer satisfaction to save a few bucks. The cost to live here increased by roughly 15% compared to the last ownership group for current residents and they are now charging Market Rents for new residents. This place has frequent water outages, I assume due to age. Just be sure and ask all questions of all possible scenarios before you decide to move here. If it’s not in writing it doesn’t matter what you’re told when it comes to apartment living. Best of luck to existing and future residents.
