If you wish to be harassed by the manager, Cynthia, then this will be the place for you.
I have been a resident here since 6/2016. After several managements change over the course of these years, United Apartment Group is the worst one yet. First off, I submitted a request about a month ago regarding the tub requires resurfacing due to the wear-and-tear and it is causing it to have residue. Yet, she said "this is a hygiene issue" and went on a spree as to how I should clean it. Deliberately explaining on how "I don't expect people to clean my tub", when obviously, ignoring the issue... . I clean my tub. It is white. But it still doesn't resolve the "dent" issue from the tub and the residue between the tiles. She also was very adamant on the fact that "there are other emergencies around the apartments, and you are not the only person who is living here". Just to give you an idea, never have I EVER complained about the "speed". Along the request I submitted with the tub, I have also submitted another request for the vinyl flooring to be repaired. Monday comes around, nobody came by. I waited until Thursday to call. They mentioned they will be having to come by the following Monday. Nobody called again. Then I called the following day, Tuesday, and I was told the truck with supplies will come later this week, Thursday afternoon or Friday. I took their word for it. Again, I did not RUSH them because I did not think it was urgent, but from previous management, they never took more than two weeks to resolve my issues, urgent or not. Thursday and Friday came by, nobody, not even a phone call to let me know they won't be in. The following Monday was a labor day, and today, I decided to give it a call since it was a week ago since they once told me they will be in to fix it. Guess what the manager Cynthia said again? Your problem is not the urgent one, and there were issues that was more urgent than yours. Again, I did not "rush her". I was just calling to follow up since they told me they were coming last week. I was just trying to get an ETA, and yet she bit my head off. I have tried to contact the management group from corporate, and they have never contacted me. Honestly, if you ever consider renting at this place, please don't. You are spending money to live here so you don't have to worry about fixing your home when you have issues, and run into problems, and you pay them to alleviate issues. I will not be renewing my lease the following year. Knowing that this kind of behavior is condoned at any given customer servicing facility it is unacceptable

New ownership bad management
i have been without ac since late may, put in request with allen, late may, they came to service ac and did not fix it. Instead they left the ac set on 70 knowing that it was nit working. For 2 days it ran up my electric bill as i was out of town. Upon returning i addressed this issue with Cynthia, according to her it was my fault as i did not tell them i was out of town. Its common sense if its not working dont leave it running. On june 8th i spoke with megan in the office as well as outting a... follow up service request online. I have email comfirming my request. Nothing was ever fixed. On the 22nd i spoke with leo, she once again said they would fix my ac on monday after i informed her that its been a miserable 85 degrees in my apartment. Nothing was ever fixed on july 5th both leo and cynthia came to collect the rent. I told them i had made plans to break the lease as i was not going to spend another day in that miserable hot apartment. They of course both denied speaking with me about the ac. And could care less i was leaving.

Worst place I’ve ever rented
Maintenance issues are never taken care of. I’ve had raccoons in the attic space for over 5 months and the office staff doesn’t seem to care at all! This place is in terrible disrepair despite the “show” apartments they take you to when you’re looking to rent.

Changed management don’t bother
I am about to finish my 3rd year living here and it will be my last! They changed management and did not notify us. They don’t notify us about ANYTHING. We used to be able to pay online, the day of I find that the portal is gone. I call and call, no answer. Come to find out we have to pay with money orders! You think you would let your residents know that right? I work exactly at the same time as the front office and can never get packages. The day I take off from work early, they closed early!... No notification at all! You can’t even call and leave a voicemail.
