So far it’s ok. The folks that lived here before me tore the place up. So maintenance is playing catch up constantly trying to fix things as they go. Honestly they are doing a good job for me too. The pool doesn’t work that great because the residents here aren’t doing a good job keeping it clean. Dogs and drinking constantly. Simple rules can’t be followed apparently. There is algae on the bottom Of this beautiful pool. One neighbor is noisy as hell. But overall the folks around me are super... quiet. But there’s always one right. I do like it here for the most part. It will get better. The place is actually really nice.

move in was fine but ran into quite a few issues with the unit not being cleaned thoroughly, roaches in drawers and cabinets, and minor things that didn't get fixed on move-in but the staff were extremely helpful and were very assuring
