Very nice apartment community, great resident events and apartment office staff is very friendly and willing to help.

A carrier left an oversized package on the first floor (I live on the 3rd) and when I asked the office for assistance they were quick to help, no questions asked.

I had the pleasure of living at Los Robles last year, and I recently experienced a situation that truly showcased the amazing community there. I accidentally shipped a valuable order to my old address, and I was fortunate to have a wonderful neighbor in my previous apt who kindly returned it to the office. This is my first time living in an apartment at the age of 55. I’ve heard the horror stories of other complexes and Los Robles, the GM Justin, and his staff/maintenance are beyond exceptional. We absolutely love living here, and one of the biggest reasons is how awesome maintenance is. If we put in a request, it is normally resolved same day. They communicate well and always clean up after themselves. They are kind and professional. One of the biggest reasons we continue to re-sign leases. Management is also really kind and helpful.
