Parking lot
Is a nightmare to find parking. If you want to have a spot for sure need to rent a car garage. This is if you are lucky and find a garage empty for rent.

Great Complex with a few issues
My wife and I rented here for a little over a year and loved a lot about this place. Our thoughts are as follows:
Pros: - The units felt a lot homier than any of the others we looked at which was one of the major deciding factors. - Extremely clean and well kept - Friendly - Quiet. I worked nights for part of my time here and never had an issue sleeping. - It is a couple hundred dollars a month cheaper than comparably nice complexes. - The staff is amazing and maintenance are prompt and... friendly. - The trees and landscape are delightful. You can walk through a bit of a forest and never leave the complex. - The dog park is great. - The valet trash service is nice. - Parking is never an issue (for residents, see cons for more details)
Cons: - We have had multiple packages stolen throughout our time here. We put instructions on all packages that they be delivered to the front office but if they are not and you are not home somebody else will most likely take your merchandise. - Having visitors is a massive pain. They have a minuscule visitor's parking lot and and tow anybody who is parked within the gate after 7 pm. The offer a guest pass now but that costs money ($5 per night I think, we've never bought one). Our guests have had to park at Home Depot down the street and be shuttled to our place. - The gate is a bit inconvenient. We've never had it working quite properly since we've lived here. The FOBs aren't a problem but the visitor's codes have not worked correctly. - The sidewalks do not connect to anything so for now your only real option if you want to take a walk is to walk within the confines of the complex or to drive elsewhere. - Storage is limited
So there it is. I do not regret living here and have thoroughly enjoyed this place. Due to parking I would give this place a 4/5 but the theft issue, which they admittedly cannot do much about, drops it to 3/5. Due to the price and experience so far I would choose to continue to live here were I not moving. The visitors issue may be a huge deal to some and the theft thing keep this from being my favorite apartment I have rented so far.

Warning
WARNING !, these apartments are a nightmare. Do NOT RENT, you are going to regret it.
The apartment they showed at the beginning was nice. the one I am living in had the carpet all dusty, The cabinets were rusted, the zinc was broken. I was given a paper to let the maintenance know about anything bad on the apartment however, when I turn this paper to the manager she refused to have it saying that it had already being a day from the one I had to turn it in.so I had to fix my own sink, clean... my carpet and I still have the rust and broken cabinet they never took care of. The apartment place is very noisy. There are poops everywhere,the Parkin lot socks. Even-thought I rent my own garage the manager was telling me that I can't park my traila there. She enter with out permission to my garage took some of my staff and broke the lock and then she said it was all me. The biggest problem I have is the manager, she is literally a pain in the butt, she is so annoying. She enter to the apartments without authorization. She feels like she can do what ever she wants on the apartments. She is so unkind and talks to people as if she was so offended by helping. She make fun of residents concerns and always said that it is the resident's fault. I am leaving from this night mare. she charging me for the sink that was broken, for the carpet and for the garage locked that she brook.
The worse mistake in my life.

Amazing, freindly, clean community!!
Complex is very welcoming and friendly. Small community feel and safe!!! The staff is helpful and very professional. They have fun community events each month and even hand out FREE breakfast by the front gate in the mornings sometimes!!! The office is clean and they have a great computer lab and conference room for free!! Highly recommend this as your new home!
