BEWARE OF BUGS! I lived in building 3, 3rd floor for a year.
1. Building three needs so much cleaning. it constantly is dirty and smells whereas building one is so clean and smells great.
2. my car has been broken into twice and i've seen SO many others having the same problem. the cameras apparently dont work in the complex and theres 0 security.
3. in the last month i have lost $400 worth of online orders bc of packages getting stolen. not blaming the complex for this but... my god ...

BUGS: i had a roach infestation from the second month until the day i left that was never resolved. the first few months they kept telling me i was a 'level 1' meaning it wasnt that bad. finally i convinced them to do TWO cleanouts after sending them pictures and videos of said bugs. which only consisted of someone spraying in between the kitchen cabinets and it did nothing. i could never use the dishwasher without roaches crawling out, i couldn't store any food in the pantry sealed or not, i was killing 7-12 bugs EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR A YEAR. i ended up leaving before my lease was up and requested for my september rent to not be billed or atleast to be lessened; due to the cost of replacing my items, me not being there & emotional damage of living with roaches for a year. my move ended up costing thousands of dollars in supplies to avoid taking the bugs with me, i threw away every single kitchen appliance because roaches were living in them. my apartment was so clean all of the time and yet the infestation was so bad they were crawling around during the day. I had to throw out about $1,000 worth of my things because of the bugs and as im leaving it's consistently getting worse. good luck

Terrible Place to live!!

I would give 0 stars if i could. The pictures of the apartment looked great online before we moved to San Antonio, but we quickly found out that this apartment is in a terrible area with terrible management.

1. Safety is a huge issue with little response from management. This complex is in a terrible area with common crime, theft, drugs, and sketchy people loitering around the street. Residents don’t feel safe to walk around outside of the complex. Security gates are often broken and left...
wide open for anyone to come in the parking lot and even the buildings. The video cameras do not work to help when any issues occur. There has been countless break-ins and cars stolen on a regular bases from the “gated” apartment parking lot. Management provides no solution or care to help when this happens. No security provided on site to make residents feel slightly safer with all the crime in the area, or to provide immediate help when issues occurs. Good luck trying to get a response for help after hours.

2. The property is always disgusting inside and outside the buildings. The buildings common areas like hallways and stairways always have trash, hair, and pet waste. Dog parks are unkept with waste everywhere. It is a joke that residents have to pay monthly for pest control when they never come to spray and everyone has disgusting pest issues.

Management’s complete disregard for residents safety and well being in their own home is awful. Save yourself from the issues we have had to deal with and pick any other place to live.

WORST APARTMENT EVER

I could give zero stars if I could! It has been a year living here and honestly I can say THIS IS THE WORST apartment I have ever lived!!! Daniel and George are nice staff. But the management is horrible!!! The maintenance guy is lazy and never shows up after hour! whatever happens in this apartment and no matter how many times you call the courtesy officer, he would never show up!!! I had the sink garbage disposal problem and the water started to come up and not drain at all! I called several... times! My first report was at 6: 20 pm like 20 minutes after the office closing time. The maintenance guy called and was super impolite and kind of angry telling me he could not show up b/c it is not an emergency!!! I had the same issue in another apartment and they ALWAYS helped fix it! Also, this apartment is not safe at all! whatever was delivered behind the door would be stolen fast!!

Not what expected

The apartments are exactly what you on the website. Fairly new and very comfortable. The leasing process was quick and painless. Very close to hospital and medical schools shopping and grocery. Not for a family this apartment are good for adults or medical students and people are working at the hospital. The reason low rating it is because 1- they don't maintenance on site you have to place an order and wait for the person its available to come. I had water leaking from the apartment above and... had to wait. 2-they have all their services are sub contractors meaning the ground keeping and maintenance /cleanliness of the building lack. for example elevator and hallways are always dirty full of dog saliva and hair all that you bring to your apartment. 3- you can hear your above and next door neighbors very thin walls. 4- when rent here I will suggest you fill out papers they gave you and be very thorough with details giving to them make sure make a copy and take pictures. They charge me for cabinets damaged from prior tenants every cabinet it s $75 each. 5- last but not least BUT VERY IMPORTANT - SECURITY I will not feel secure having my park outside better to rent a garage which they dont have many. My car was broken into base on the SAPD that area it is very bad for car break in. While living in there was at least three other cars broken into and even the door to the building was vandalized. The office don't have access to their camera as other person review stated.
They don't record well at night either. only nice apt on that street is this one and surrounding apartment are ghetto landia

Could Be Better

I have a lot to say about this apartment place; I'll give a more complete review once we've moved so I'll keep it short for now. The units are decent, except for some dents in our fridge, a crack in the wall, our doors not locking because of the new building settling, and the thin walls; we can hear just about anything that happens in the hallway. The maintenance people are really good people, especially Joey. Some of the front desk people are good. I know some of the reviews on Google are... written by the staff that don't live here, of course giving this place a five stars, "The staff is great here!" (you're kidding). The owner seems to be pretty cheap because for some reason we still don't have a full time security despite my car and several others' cars being broken into, and then just the other day I saw two cars on blocks, tires completely gone. Their response was to hire a part-time "courtesy officer" that might do a couple checks throughout the night (it takes 4 minutes tops to steal the rims off a car). We have a stupid gate here that sometimes works with no issues, but still doesn't stop people from getting in; maybe it's for the illusion of security. We're paying over $1350 a month in rent here and when my car was broken into and I asked if they had footage from their cameras, they told me their camera wasn't working. Their management won't pay for an onsite security guard despite the break-ins and theft. I think most people here would say they wouldn't feel very safe walking to their car at night, in a gated community, 20-feet from the door. Also, open and concealed carry (30.07 and 30.06) is not allowed on the property at all. The amount of emails and reminders of "community guidelines", such as "Curfew will be strictly enforced at 10 pm each night." is to the level at which I have to question, "Am I an adult living in an apartment by a lease of which I've paid for or am I in a college dorm?" I'm giving it a 2-stars for now based on the price of the apartments in the area we're in, the quality of the environment, and the management/maintenance team. I wouldn't recommend this place to many as it stands right now. This property could easily be a 4-star with a few changes. My best advice for the management team would be to care more about the residents than the cost of security.
