Townhomes here are the worse no hot water for days every month, no ac upstairs, mold and no lights outside building 16 and no lights outside doors and I’m afraid to put in work orders because they mad
Leasing office is useless they don’t care and lie about maintenance being busy every time I go in I see at least two of them sitting there talking to the “leasing agents” these place is a mess

This property is terrible, apts are dilapidated and forgotten, water is shut off constantly, apts are infested with roaches. Maintenance is over worked and not properly trained.

The residents and the staff here are very friendly. The apartments are spacious, and the new management has made a lot of improvements to the parking lot, landscaping, building, and amenities in the last few months. I moved in 2 months ago and have not experienced any issues with the apartment.

They changed the name of the complex!! It used to be Latitude Apartments.. this is the worst place I’ve ever lived in!! You go nearly two months or more without hot water!! And for the manager to tell you WELL WHY DONT YOU JUST BOIL SOME HOT WATER!! I have small babies!! I’ve have gone over a week now without using my kitchen.. they office tells me to put in a work order.. and lies and says we will send maintenance over and they never come!! My kitchen now smells really back and floors flood.... Kitchen sink and dishwasher has been flooded OVER A WEEK!! Mold in the bathroom tub!! You put in work orders and they don’t come to fix anything!! They don’t care!! No returns your call when you call the emergency number

Do not move here! Everything is wrong with the apartments. Rats, leaks, missing light fixtures, plumbing issues, no hot water for weeks at a time! I could go on! Unless you want a headache and to be begging people to do their jobs then DO NOT MOVE HERE!
