There is trash piled up,roaches, sewage coming out of the ground, and no working laundry facilities. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It's falling apart and management does nothing except increase your rent as much as 100$ a month each year. So not worth it!! Please listen to this review and save yourself some heartache....

The Landing Apartments
I won't recommend moving apartment you can be great tenant and pay rent on time and all maintenance suck they don't do they job and if you expect have security deposit don't expect to receive it you can deep clean apartment and you still won't get it they will found something still won't get you security deposit so beware.......

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
Staff is incompetent, I put in an application to be added to a lease and has been in processing for over 6 months. I have mold all over the ceiling and vents, roaches have infested the entire unit and we out in the work orders only for them to be ignored unless we go to a maintenance worker directly. The rent goes up without cause, it has gone up 2 times at least when the only significant change was repaving the parking lot. The visitor parking is really limited to like 15 spots and even then... they tow people from those spots, my friend who was spending the night left his dad's car in a visitor parking spot only for it to be towed without cause. No justification, no compensation, no apology. Contact to the property manager and owner is none existent, the number given is out of service and the email is unresponsive. The gate never closes and so homeless people come in and do their business in the pool. Inspections are mentioned on the monthly "letter" but never done.

Pretty property bad management
Unfortunately, this pretty property is spoilt by rude, dishonest management and poor maintenance. Built in 1982, raw unsealed kitchen and bathroom particle board cabinets feed the roaches. Apartment repairs, when done, are sloppy. And the manager is not above locking tenants out of the online rent portal and charging to them late fees. Or having your car towed without notice. Meanwhile, several nonrunning junk vehicles facilitate what sure looks like drugs and weapons dealing. Perry Reid... management is no help either; they unconditionally support their hires.

Bad management and owners
They lie about everything here.they talk slick and blame the tenant when they make a mistake. The maintenances doesn’t do what they are supposed to when it comes to the upkeep up the apartments. All they care about is collecting rent. Roaches, rats and garbage everywhere out there. Sad that tenants have to go through this. Don’t call Pery Reid, they don't care either. Without the tenants the management wouldn’t have a job. Crappy.
