Ventura Ridge is a great place to live. There are nice amenities a responsive staff that is helpful and solve day to day problems that might come up in a timely manner. Ventura Ridge is also located in a great location that has many nice places accessible such as the Rim shopping center and La Cantera. I really enjoy living where I live. I highly recommend Ventura Ridge.

From the moment we walked in to tour a unit to moving in the first day, the staff was very helpful and friendly! We are completing our first full year here soon and the service has been excellent throughout. I walk into my apartment every day and say “I love my home so much!”. I wouldn’t change a thing!!

Great location, great maintenance workers. The WORST RENOVATION transition I have ever seen. Completely inconveniences the residents and takes away from their properties.
