Lived here for 6 months and had an attorney break the lease as it was horrible!!! The manager at the time had sent his maintenance guys to come in and took our bigscreen tv and stereo !!! They were suppossed to go to a different apartment that was behind on rent to “secure items” but went to THE WRONG APARTMENT!!! We got our stuff back the following day and moved within a week or so. This place is at the busiest intersections in San Antonio which is Babcock & Callaghan rd. Ambulances galore at... all hours of the night and day due to it being right in the edge of the medical center.

I have been living in Wellington Estates Apartment Homes for 4 years. I couldn't ask for a more awesome community to live in. The property manager and the office staff are all great! Anytime I have had any type of an issue, they have always gotten my issues completed in a timely manner. They go out of their way to ensure that all the residents are happy...which is a big PLUS with me! And the maintenance guys, they are so professional! There is nothing half done with these guys! And the grounds... are well maintained. The hedges are trimmed, the grass is cut. There is no trash on the ground. The dumpsters are not over flowing with trash or trash stacked up on the side of the dumpster. Over all, its a great place to live. The neighbors are not noisy and with the location of this community, everything is within a short distance of a drive. I would recommend this community to all of my friends and family!
