Pretty quiet neighborhood and staff is very nice and helpful. It is a little expensive for a small space, but overall a great place to live. I love that it has a gate.

Everything is going well since the summer, and thankfully nothing major has happened. I also really have been enjoying the pool when I go during my off time.

It’s a nice place to stay, front office pretty nice and welcoming. I had to move in mid-semester and they have all been a really great help getting me situated

Overall it has been a good experience and decent student apartments with very nice staff; however move in was not pretty. The apartment was filthy. Dog and Cat food was spilled on the back patio everywhere, couch was covered in dog hair. I quickly brought up these issues and was able to get services to help clean and make repairs.

So far good, Maintenace works fast, but the fact that a lot of maintenance is needed, takes away a star. Alot of things were dirty, I have no way in cleaning my outdoor patio right now that has spiders and wssps nest but At least I can mop the tiles inside. Gym should be open 24/7 in my opinion but closes early and opens late-ish. the pool is pretty though.
