I've had bugs in apartment since I moved in, even after many deep treatments they are still there. People zip through parking lots almost hitting people. The water is hard so if you don't use toilet you will get a ring where the water sat.You hear the train at least one to two times a night. Or in the day its just sitting on tracks of McCarty. The office staff doesn't communicate with residents. When you put a work order in, In order to know it's been done you have to go through portal. When you... call or email you don't hear from anyone.

Sienna Pointe is Great!
The apartments are very nice, paint is good, appliances are modern and very nice, and there is plenty of space for the amount you pay for. Only bad thing I can say is the office staff could be better.
