I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex! The management team is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The property is well-maintained, with clean common areas and nice amenities like a gym and pool. The apartments themselves are spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Parking is convenient, and the location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming... place to call home.

LOVE LIVING AT THE PARLOR
I absolutely love living here! The penthouse apartment views are incredible, and this is my second year without any major issues. The Customer Service is fantastic—maintenance is always prompt and efficient when handling requests. The Unit Amenities are top-notch, and the Location couldn’t be better—walking distance to all the great stores on the square and just a 10-minute walk to campus. This is easily the best apartment I’ve had during college. The staff is amazing too! <3

Great Apartments
Living at The Parlor has been an amazing experience! The team consistently delivers outstanding Customer Service, always friendly and well-informed about the floor plans, which makes the leasing process seamless and hassle-free.
