Don’t go on vacation thinking your place will be safe. The management in the office will allow their maintenance team to go in your house and steal various items out your domain and when you question them about it. They’ll lie to your face and fire the maintenance in order to save their own asses.

Great location so many fun activities around the area. I made a good choice for my 1st apartment rent is not pricey compered to others around the area . The staff is very nice and friendly. Washer and Dryer in a 1 bed is awesome

Don't live here if you need Internet. They have a deal with direct TV and basically this deal means the only Internet you can get will be just slightly better than dial up. We opted for no Internet since that seemed like a complete waste of money.
The rent is cheap. We pay 695 for a 1 bedroom. With that in mind it isn't so bad here. They recently switched management and it does appear they took a few steps to make things better such ashort addingredients a small dog park. The employees are... generally friendly and I have never had to call maintenence yet. The pool is rarely open on Sundays like it is supposed to be and when it is it looks gross. Our neighbors apparently run a daycare out of their place which can get pretty annoying. Also there are several junk vehicles that are parked badly so that u can not park next to them And towing is not enforced as they say it will be. Read More

It seems that the new managers are making cosmetic repairs and additions but aren't following through on repairs promised 6 months ago. All entry doors were supposed to upgraded to metal and they only did the front buildings that are seen when you come into the property. Not bad, just very basic.
