The staff has been very kind and helpful. The apartment is beautiful. The grounds and amenities are phenomenal. I believe we are going to be very happy here for the next year or longer.
The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 star rating is based on a couple of things…
The yard is quite smaller than the apartment I was shown. The dog park is quite large and nice, but both the yard and the dog park are such that midsize and smaller dogs can go either under the fence or between the metal... fencing deeming them both useless to dog owners of these size dogs, which is the majority of apartment dog owners. When communicated to mgmt I was informed they would communicate the issue, BUT it will not be fixed. Also, you pay $15 a month for trash but you are the one to take the trash to the dumpster. For Wifi/internet, they require you use what is already set up in each apartment and it costs $75 a month. This is only for Wifi not TV options, you get that on your own.

Brianna and Georgia made it easy to move in and have been great to work with. Especially after a terrible experience at our last apartment. We love our apartment and all of the amenities. It feels very luxurious to live here!

I enjoy the amenities the Caldwell provides, the apartment is great! I love our backyard, I think it’s one of the best apartment complex areas I’ve lived in!
