Wow! After 8 years of an enjoyable stay at my previous residence, I began looking for a change of scenery. My goodness! Modera is a breath of fresh air. The property tour from Ashleigh was thorough and I wound up selecting a unit and applying on the very same day! The approval was quick, utilities were set up and my move-in day was awesome. I look forward to meeting my neighbors and getting to know the leasing/maintenance staff. I’m proud to call Modera Six Pines my home.
