Living at Modera Six Pines has been a fantastic experience! The apartments are beautifully designed with modern finishes, and the amenities are top-notch. Modera Six Pines was my home for almost 3 years. I recently ended my lease due to work relocation, but living at Modera Six Pines was truly amazing!!
The manager Melissa is such a wonderful person and makes you feel welcomed. Melissa and her entire team made it living here such a wonderful experience.
If you’re looking for a new place in The Woodlands make sure you stop by, you won’t regret it :) the community is kept cleaned and the amenities are great!
I never had any issues living here. I am... definitely going to miss this place!
