Along with having a maintenance worker that would show up a week after he said he would, the ac had to have coolant refilled biweekly and they forgot half the time, I went months without air, then a year after moving out sent a letter to my old address saying I owe them money, after they kept my deposit and “risk” deposit, I know I didn’t owe them anything, and the apartment looked the exact same as before I moved in, had broken blinds and cabinet doors, dents and stains everywhere.

Don't do it
Only live here if you like appliances that should have been replaced over a decade ago. Also, apparently when you legally withhold rent because the HVAC, water heater, and shower are falling apart and maintenance and the front office have known for over a year, they hit you with an eviction notice to have you out in 30 days. Their solution to "fix the shower" was to hire a terrible contractor who made the shower even more susceptible to water damage. The water heater gave out because it was over... 26 years old and the HVAC system operates incredibly poorly because it's over 23 years old. Our entire experience has been absolutely terrible. The pictures are how they let our shower be for over a year. It took me yelling at the front office and constantly badgering to get anything done at all. They're also charging way too high rent for the low quality of the buildings. The new maintenance men have openly told me (I have recordings) they purposely put off hiring a contractor for over 8 months because they thought maybe they could do it and forgot about it. Ants were coming out of the hole in the wall and they purposely put it off. If I could rate no stars I would.

Terrible apartment living, they do not fix anything then charge you thousands when you move out
lived here for our full lease, had many issues while living here. including having our ac go out in the middle of summer because they left the door in the apartment above us open all night and all day with the ac unit blasting which caused it to leak all over our ac and ruin the electrical. i had to sit a full day in 90 degrees while 8 months pregnant and wait on them to come fix it (they were in no hurry) it also happen to leak all onto the carpet that was going to be the nursery so they had to... bring a industrial size fan and let that run all day in our small apartment because they decided to be irresponsible and leave that door open. we had many other issues with our ac while living there and had many complaints about it but they were never in any rush to come fix it. garbage disposal made all kinds of clanking noises like something was stuck in it they took days to come fix that too but we toughed it out and finished up our lease. when our lease was up we were paying month to month until we could decide what to do. we finished paying our last months rent and we moved out. months later me and my husband were hit with $2,000 each for unknown reasons? they did not let us know why we were being charged that amount. it was a miserable apartment living experience and i would not recommend ANYONE live here unless you want to have endless issues then get charged a crazy amount of money when you decide to move out.

Fall Risk Alert!!!
I broke my foot on the stairs when I was moving out!! I had to have major surgery and I was only 29! Their stairs are not safe and if you fall, you fall all the way down. They didn’t help me in any way even though this incident happened outside on their property. I could probably have a good case to sue but I figured I’d tell you that these are not people you want to deal with.
I am still paying for that break. At least I was moving out. There is no way I could even get back upstairs to my... apartment! They didn’t CARE!!!

TERMITES! Flooding...
My storage closet on my balcony had TERMITES!!! They didn’t seem to care, like they already knew they had them. There were thousands swarming all over my stuff! Thousands! They ruined some furniture and all my moving boxes. They made a mound in the corner of my closet. It was so disgusting.
Not only is this disgusting, but the refrigerator had bugs in it when I first got the apartment. Small bugs I had never seen before. Gross!
Then the garages, that you pay extra for, flood! A neighbor of... mine had to move all their stuff because it flooded!!
