A wonderful place for dog barking lovers and weed smelling and cockroaches. Also a wonderful income stream for pest control companies. Pest control comes and increases the cockroach population this is a consistent result with 100% confirmation of experience.

Moving here has been the best thing I did all 2024.I recommend this community to everyone. The staff are amazing and the grounds are well kept.

The property is in a good location and have some great places near by. The property and older units could use some updating. Unit walkway and stairs could use power washing.

While the location of the property is ideal and the community appears to be well-maintained from the outside, I am disappointed with the condition of the apartment I was assigned. During my tour, I was shown an apartment that was in excellent condition, clean, and well-kept. However, the unit I moved into is far below the expectations set by that initial showing.
The apartment is in need of significant upkeep, with unpleasant odors, outdated appliances, damaged cupboards, and evidence of pest... issues, such as roaches. This has been quite frustrating, as the state of the unit does not align with the standard that was presented during my tour.
