I don’t have any complaints about Broadstone Woodmill Creek. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is a great area to live. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe place to live.

Very Good ambience, very well organised staff, Felt comfortable and safe , i am planning to move with my family. All the supermarkets are in vicinity. Newly built structures. Good parking, housekeeping. Very good pool & Gym.

Staff is friendly and hefpful, and informative. Upkeep of the property is on point, maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, notifications of events are appreciated.

Broadstone has been the best complex we’ve ever stayed at. Don’t plan on moving out anytime soon. Exceed all expectations and all previous apartments.

So far the only defect I have seen is the garbage accumulated at the entrance of the parking lot. The maintenance issue is extremely slow, they take too long to respond to any ticket. The machines in the gym are a bit neglected. There are many doors that are always open so there is not as much security as one would like. Very little pest fumigation in external areas of the apartments.
