4. The pool was open three days last year and they are threatening to close is already after 2 days this year. It is June 6, 2024. They let the pool get so filthy, they had to redo the liner on a relatively new pool. In the off season it is a breathing hazard. They don’t monitor who swims, therefore, the few days it is open there are thousand that gather from the neighborhood that have no list of the rules. Then they punish all residents by simply closing it so they don’t have to fool with it.... 5. There’s no functional tv, as described. All the barbecues are broken or missing. And they were supposed to built a playground but didn’t. They have a slide and one swing. 6. The outside lights are flickering most times for months at a time. And it isn’t safe to be near mailboxes after dark. When there is crime, they say they can’t access the security cameras. 7. If your apartment is flooded, all of the expense falls on you. 8. There is a pigeon infestation 9. They don’t care about air condition units. They don’t have or have wrong size filters on hand and you have to persistently request them. When it breaks they put you off 5/6 days 10. They give notice not at all or lastly late night before bug spray
